Easy songs for bass and guitar

Hi people!

Ok, so heres the deal:
I've been playing bass for about 6 weeks, and can now play some simple basslines and such.
Luckily for me, both my brother and a friend of mine, recently started playing guitar. So i would like to hear any suggestions for songs that we can play together. All of us like rock music of various sorts. One of the guitar players knows some of the basic chords, and the other is still learning them, so the songs will have to be fairly easy. Neither of them is able to use distortion(lack of good amp/pedal), so i guess that rules out some of the standard "all blink 182/Green Day is easy" replies.
Basically, im asking for songs that are easy for both bass and guitar.

Thanks in advance.

ok, I know of 4 songs you can check out.
1) Comfort Eagle by Cake
A really easy song, no chords. Plus there is a cool part I think on sitar or something but people have tabbed it out for guitar too.
2) Blitzkrieg Bop by The Ramones
Yes, it has distortion but still fun to play without. Very simple power chords, bass doubles guitar.

3) Bad Moon Rising by Creedance Clearwater Revival
Great song 3 chords, the solo is just improvising on those chords, not hard stuff. A lot of people tab it out with a lot of intricate parts inbetween chords but you can just use D, A, and G, it sounds fine, plus bass just doubles guitar again.

4) Songs by The Public Opinion Pterodactyls
A local band out of Baltimore that I'm proud to say that I'm in. The songs are simple power chords and the bass doubles the guitar or is close. You cant find tabs for our songs but if you want them, send me a message

I play bass and sing, so to make things easy I have to pick songs that are very easy on bass for now.

CCR/ bad moon rising
CCR/ green river........both older songs but fun to play, we remake them a little heavier with heavier guitar.

Blur/ song 2 easy as all hell, half the time you aren't playing, but you get to do distorted bass and be up front of the heavy part

5-1 /the doors, easy except for the break and weird stops, a lot easier if you are just playing bass.

Aerosmith/ No more No more.
Seether/remedy very easy structure and almost all on one string. I found tabs that worked well for all of these on bassmasta. All of these are simple simon on the bass, guitar is pretty easy too except for maybe doing the solos.

Babba O'Riley from The WHO, it is basically three notes repeated. Ok, so John Entwhistle played it a little more fancy, but it is one of the first songs i learned!!
