No, not the breakfast cereal.

So, this guy is about to win my auction. He sends me an email asking if he can pay me in a form other than what I will accept. I reply with my standard "I only accept PayPal, bank cashier's check or postal money order." He wins the auction. OK, great. I send the invoice. 5 days go by, no payment. I finally get an email from this guy backing out of paying me with a "Sorry, I have some financial difficulties, etc."

I don't like leaving negative feedback because maybe, just maybe, something happened and he needs the money, but...

Sorry...just needed to vent.

That is the problem with the ebay feedback system. If you leave him negative he will do the same for revenge. The worst I ever do is leave negative comments but positive feedback to keep my 100%. Sucks.

Ask him to pay back the listing fees if he wont give negative feedback.
