Just out of curiousity how long have people waited for reply emails from Fender?

I sent an enquiry regarding my TF fretless to customerrelations@fender.com and am just wondering.

I've always used custserv@fender.com but have had better luck calling them.

The best thing to do is go along to the Fender forums - a discussion format like this!

I had a query regarding my RBV and got a reply from a Fender employee, the same day - you can also get loads fo tips from really experienced 'amateurs' as well!

I'll resend the email address mentioned and might check the forum out, although getting hooked on another forum wouldn't do my RL any good I spend too much time here as it is
