| sonicbids is ok for what it is, and +1 for it being a step above myspace, but it sounds like it's time you sprung for your own domain. That wasn't your question.
Artist press kits need only to include a one page bio, your head shot, and a one page list of notable gigs/reviews/experience/other endorsements. An extra "in action" pic or three as a one page montage can't hurt since it is an individual endorsement package, but anything more than that is pretty much unnecessary. I've dealt with hundreds from both sides, sending and receiving/reviewing, and short is always better. If they want more, they'll ask. All of these things can easily be turned into pdfs and posted on any web page as an e-kit, too. Include a 3-4 song sampler of your material if appropriate, and one copy of a studio/label release, especially if the packaging/production is noteworthy. Always take the plastic off any manufactured discs! You think it's annoying opening one of them? Try 50 in a row.
An extra note on sonicbids: Don't ever apply for any of the gigs offered through the site's "drop box". All they do is collect money for every submission, and you end up in the scrub pile competing for an unpaid/low paid gig, usually on a tertiary stage.
Use it freely as a source of potential press kit targets, but do any submitting on your own through regular channels.
