Endorsements deals...lol

So i'm flipping through the newest issue of bass Player and on page 25 there is an add for Peavey and their Zodiac basses....dead center of the add is Greg Christian bassists for Testament

the funny thing is on page 13 is an artist spotlight on Greg Christian and under listed gear is a Geddy Lee Jazz, Esp Vintage, a Tobias as well as Ampeg Amps and Cabs.....No Peavey listed....So what gives? He cashes Peaveys Checks and plays what he wants, or was he endorsed earlier and is no longer?

I read that too and it was a bit funny, he even said that the SVT-5PRO was the best amp (for him at least). Maybe things changed recently and Greg was interviewed before the endorsement? Or he is pulling peavey's leg.
