endurance?

Sign in to disble this ad
hey guys, i'm gonna be in LA for 10 days this summer and 2 days after arriving back home i have a gig. i cannot take any stringed instruments with me unfortunately.... how can i keep my endurance/ fine muscle strength up while on the road?

right now i could do a long set with no problems, but after 10 days of inactivity (i normally play 2-4 hours a day total) i'm afraid that i wont be able to last very well.

Your body will thank you for the break. Don't sweat it.

Well, I'm gonna be in LA to do some missionary work in the more sketchy areas with my church youth group (grape street to be specific). Not really a vacation, but a break from everyday life, and doing some good in gods name

And thanks guys just wanted to make sure that I would be able to survive a show so quickly after a break like that.
