Ever Come Across A Tune That Just...

...blew your head off??

There I was; jammin' along with my favorite blues web-station and...WHAM!!
This tune came across the web waves. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFg79oYYPSo)

Now, I like to jam just as hard as the next TBer, but this one just rocked my head! I don't know how I missed hearing it for the past 10 years.

Rush-Circumstances. I have been a Rush fanatic for a while, but Geddy's bass and piercing vocals on that one just blew the crap out of my musical mind.

Last one that really impressed me was this:

The great Allen Toussaint, live in London, October 2008.
Turn the bass up and dig the groove! Note how the rest of the band stays the heck out of the way and lets Allen do his thing. And his thing is mighty fine.

I like this so much I put it on my favorites toolbar.
