| Built up to that much time spent practicing. To much too soon can lead to some physical troubles (read up on carpal tunnel). Also, you have to train your mind to pay attention for that period of time.... otherwise, its just a waste.
That said, scales (and there are a lot of them), knowledge of the fretboard, flexibility of left and right hand, as many different playing techniques as you can find (hear), learning songs... all styles from metal, rock, jazz, classical, ear training, and applying your knowledge of music theory to your bass (no sense in learning theory if you don't use it), and composing and improv.
Keep your goals simple. Having and creating goals you can't reach is just a way of dreaming (read: being lazy).
