I put together a facebook page for the band I am leading. If I get 25 fans facebook will give me a proper url instead of the monstrosity with a huge amount of numbers etc. My question is how do you get people to "become a fan"? Is it the same as "Like" -ing the page? For the life of me I cannot find any "become a fan" link. Cruiser.Vancouver | Facebook
BTW, if you would like to become a fan, it would be appreciated!

I you have a personal page, you can "like" your band then invite your friends to like the band. Then they can invite their friends and it will snowball from there.
EDIT: I "liked" you BTW. So now you have 13 fans.
