Fantasy bands, whats yours?

Sign in to disble this ad
Ok so this is a question I ask a lot of people I know so I thought I'd ask you guys as well. So here goes. Your starting up a band it can be from 5 to 6 members made up of anyone in the world alive or dead, but they cant have been in a band together before (you cant have Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker in the same band for example). The band can have what ever instruments you like. who do you pick?

i'll get the ball rolling
Drums: Keith Moon
Bass: Geezer Butler
Guitar1: Eric Clapton
Guitar2: Slash
Keys: Jon Lord
Vocals: Phil Anselmo

Metal band:

Bassist: Steve Harris (Iron Maiden) or Martin Mendez (Opeth)
Rhythm Guitarist: Jon Schaffer (Iced Earth)
Lead Clean Vocals: Matt Barlow (Iced Earth)
Harsh Vocals/Secondary / Lead Guitarist: Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth)
Black Metal Vocals/Secondary/Acoustic Guitar: John Haughm (Agalloch)
Drums: Martin Lopez (ex-Opeth)
Keys: Per Wiberg (Opeth)

Depending on where the project would go...most likely an Iced Earth/Opeth hybrid. Any objections? I didn't think so.
