Just a thought that's been nagging at me - so much of the time when we have a thread on female musicians, including bassists, the looks and "hotness" of the women almost always seems to play a role. I don't have a problem with that - it's part of show business, and I'm not into censoring people. But I'm curious - what female musicians float your boat WITHOUT being physically attractive to you? I'm not asking anyone to insult any of the ladies' looks, let's keep this nice, but who are you into without their looks being part of the equation?
