Favorite female musicians where looks don't matter?

Just a thought that's been nagging at me - so much of the time when we have a thread on female musicians, including bassists, the looks and "hotness" of the women almost always seems to play a role. I don't have a problem with that - it's part of show business, and I'm not into censoring people. But I'm curious - what female musicians float your boat WITHOUT being physically attractive to you? I'm not asking anyone to insult any of the ladies' looks, let's keep this nice, but who are you into without their looks being part of the equation?

Ann Wilson of Heart can float my boat - whether she weighs 100 lbs or 300 lbs really doesn't matter. She and her sister Nancy are amazing musicians.

If looks don't matter, why does it matter if the player is female?

Tal Wilkenfeld, she's very pretty but that doesn't matter, she could be a 400lb man in sweatpants and I'd still get lost in that groove.

I always thought Chrissy Hynde killed it . She owned it on stage instead looking like prop.

When I was younger I had a crush on Barbara Mandrell. And the fact that she could play every instrument in the band made her more sexy.

Talent is sexy to me. Almost anyone can transform their looks these days but talent runs much deeper.

Bjork, I would love to work with her.
Her artistic intent and tone is just killer in my book.
