Hey, i was just wondering what everyones favorite guitarist were. For me it would probably be cat stevens. I've givin this alot of thought, but time after time hes just a favorite to listen to and has stood the test of time. He actually just released a greatest hits cd "gold", and since my brother works for umvd he was able to get me a copy. I have to say it is one of the best cd's this year, and even though its all the same tracks, they've all be remastered to sound like the day he recorded them. If you havent heard any of cat's songs do yourself a favor and get a copy. Feel free to comment on cat or leave your own choice. Later

I'll give the boring answer. Jimmy Page.

Sloppier than anything, but he wrote (or re-wrote) some of the greatest rock songs, he also really typified (in my mind) what a rockstar should look like.

Django, Tony McAlpine, Ler Lalonde, Charlie Hunter, John McLaughlin

It's impossible for me to choose one of those but I think if you put a gun to my head and said chose Django would win out.
