Favorite Inspirational Songs?

I was just talking with a friend of mine about inspirational/uplifting songs and how music can really take you from feeling pretty awful to feeling much better in no time... so what are some of your favorite inspirational/uplifting songs?

One of mine is "The Weight" by The Band... particularly the version from The Last Waltz with The Staple Singers.

Note: The songs can be inspirational or uplifting in any way... religious-themed, secular... pretty much anything goes in this thread.
