Fedex approved my claim , now when does the cash come

My claim of 100$ for a rip in the tolex of a 200$ cab was awarded to me by fed ex. They said i proved the cost etc and i will get the money they however had no date when.

I am guessing like 45 days. Anyone have experience on how long it takes from approval to payout?

success storey i know no one answered my question but here are the results. There was a tiny tear and some other scuffs on an acoustic b410 cab i ordered at musicians friend as a return and used a 20% off code. Well it came with a tear and i tell fed ex frieght not the regular fedex truck deliverary this is semi trucks dropping stuff off.

They no questions asked approve my claim in 7 days and had a check in my mail box for 100$ so i ended up getting the 410 cab for like 100$.
