Are you kidding me?!?!?
I ordered a little Planet Waves ns mini tuner from these guys a while back. It arrived not functioning right. I called and left a message. I also emailed them.....no reply. I figured they're just inundated from the holiday and I would try again after XMAS.
TODAY!!!!!! I get another tuner from them without even asking me to send the first one back. I will of course offer to send in the defective tuner, but the fact remains. This is amazing customer service!! Especially at the holidays! I'm very impressed. I will certainly go to the guitargoods.com site after the holidays and see what else I can get a good deal on.

As soon as I figure out how to leave feedback on Amazon, I will be doing just that.
