Feeling giddy after gigs /practice

...and this is NOT related to alcohol consumption or similar, because I don't drink when I'm playing (and have to drive home after gigs)!

I use Elacin earplugs to protect my hearing, which work very well so I don't think it is directly related to volume, but I'm tending to find that the day after band practice my head is feeling rather giddy /spaced out. My suspicion is that it is the physical vibrations coming through into my inner ear that are messing up my balance for some time after practices.

Does anybody experience similar symptoms? Any thoughts on how to combat this problem? I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to have stop playing in a band if I'm getting this after every session.

Thanks for any thoughts

I think it more likely to be from the physical activity. Perhaps you need more sleep/food/fluids/exercise or something.

Of course I could be wrong.
