Fender Jaguar [guitar] value.

I have a 1965 Jaguar that someone refinished in the 1970's. whoever did it took off the headstock sticker. The serial number on the neck plate dates it . I had it refretted in the 1990's , the old frets were totally shot. [good sounding , so it got used alot] Does anyone know how much this is worth? [thinking about selling it]

I would guess around $3 grand to $3500.

I just checked ebay and they had a 1965 in really good shape for a buy it now of 5 grand. Yours is worth roughly half of that cuz of the refin and refret. It is a collectors guitar but not many collectors are gonna want it if the headstock decal is missing.

Is the stamp still on the neck heel?
