Fender Magazine Ads?

Sign in to disble this ad
Does Fender have any ads in magazines or do they rely on the fact that they're a household name, in terms of guitars, to sell their products for them?

I'm curious as to this because I've heard people mention Fender's subversive marketing, but I haven't seen anything (but the only music related magazine I read is bassplayer)

I also have a media class where we need to pick an article and then analyze it, and I thought it'd be fun to do one by fender.

I feel dumb, the only ads I usually see are for those digital amps. I was thinking more along the lines of their guitars...

Then you'll probably fail the class. An ad is not an article. One is trying to sell you something, the other gives you information about something. They should have mentioned that the first day of class.
