Hippy New Year!

This morning I am cranking the living shite out of Band of Gypsys. I am feeling a lot like I did when I heard this for the first time @13. Back then we had a Dual Showman bottom hooked up to a no name record player in Mark Chambers big brothers room. Yeah baybe! The folks are out (just like today), and Machine Gun still makes me cry.

How did I ring in the New Year? With BoG Auld Lang Syne blasting, just like the last. Bit of a tradition. Fantastic album.
