Well ive been playing on and off for a 3 years, and i have really been seriously playing for the last 4 months, and ive found a teacher. I have never taken lessons, and am completely self taught, but lately i feel like i need some direction. I am really happy with my playing and i have gotten some decent gigs around here lately, but I really need someone to tell me what i need to work on, as well as give me good advice.
Jeff Howell, my teacher, played with foghave for 3 years, has played with the outlaws, feinstein, and numerous other bands. currently he has a cover band side project, and I was blown away when i got to see him play.
Anyways, i just had to share, since no one around here cares too much
