I'm 33 and I have carpal tunnel in my right hand,after a few minutes of playing the fingers I hold the pick with go numb and it's painful.does this happen to anybody else?how can I relieve this?---ow!

supposedly Matt Fury has something that people claim to fix it, unfortunately he is expensive. I'm sure there might be some stretching exercises that will help.

Also, I think forearm curls and wrist bends with weights helps strengthen your wrists.
