This past Saturday we had a DJ gig at a huge community event..probably 300 folks give or take. Nothing fancy. The guitar player I jam with got in on this to play about an hours worth of tunes. He asked me to play along with him. I was schitting bricks and sweating bullets. Didnt sleep the night before. Listened to the tunes we were going to play every chance I could the day before. We rehearsed a bit before the actual show on sight. We played about 15 songs and jammed a bit of blues.

Thanks to TB and a year and 16 months of practice it went well. I learned playing outdoors with a 25 mph wind is a bit of a challenge. Nobody boo'd or threw stuff at us!

I'm feeling good and I owe yet another big thanks to TB members that have helped out over the last year and change.

This site rocks! Thanks TB!

Congrats. Sounds a LOT better than my first gig many moons ago!
