hahahahaha oh man i'm dying. Don't worry everyday that I play my acoustic, I make up for it by pounding out my p bass with flats, through my big cabinet It was hard picking out a guitar in the first place, I played some taylors and almost made me gag how bright and thin sounding they are, I had to find an acoustic with a big, deep body to get any sort of bass. I must have bass, even in my guitars.

nice guitar, I'm wanting an electric 12 string myself

I've got two myself, a Yamaha acoustic and an Epiphone Firebird Studio. Kinda funny how even though bass is my main instrument, my guitar cost more than any of my three basses. (It's a sweet guitar, though!)

Whatever. It just means you're a "musician" instead of "just a bass player". I have almost as many guitars as basses. I also have a piano and a synth. It's all just tools for making music. Nothing wrong with it.

I like playing guitar about once a week. I find it keeps my chops up, and then I lose the urge to play. Guitar can come in handy, you know. Not exactly a 'sin', it just means that you are becoming a 'musician'.

Started on 6 string when I was 8, still love to strum my 72 Ovation or wail on my Strat now and then. No worries.

And I know the rules....no pics,no sinful guitar..so here

I took the pickguard off,I think it looks alot better, the pickguard was just a rather cheap looking black one,may buy a brown tort later on. The thing sounds amazing, I went to guitar center back home while i was visiting friends, and my friend who plays drums and guitar was looking at acoustics, and we played some taylors and martins, and honestly, taylors sound awful to me,thin and brittle sounding,no depth, the martins sound wonderful, but I'd never pay the price, the Tak I have now sounded just as good as any of those. Some of the gibsons sounded great but considering the 10x price tag on them..I could never justify it,even if I was a guitar player.

I found someone who will make bone saddles of any saddle you send into him for 25 bucks, so I'm probably going to get a bone saddle, and ebony bridge pins, and be set.
