Was at a bluesjam a couple of weeks ago. Ended up playing most of the evening because of a shortage of bassplayers. The amp was so low that i couldn't hear myself. Haven't soloed all night. And then i get called to solo about 2 quarternotes before!!!

Just got a link from a friend saying that particular jam is put on YouTube.

So here it is (my solo is at 4.25):

Let me know what you think...

Man, the switch in languages threw me!

Not a bad little jam. Those things are fun!

Great groove for an open jam! Not often does the person leading the band do so such a great job of keeping everybody locked together without yelling numbers over their shoulder like a dope.

Nice double stops in the solo mang, well done!

Thanks
The guy in front is a great danish blues harpplayer called Poul Ewald, who happens to sing a little too. He's really good at leading.

By the way, i'm playing my Frankenstein Fender put together from old parts and a Seymour Duncan pu and with some flats, D'addario i believe.
The houserig is all SWR, a 350 with a Henry 8*8( one of my old ones). But as stated it isn't turned up. Couldn't hear myself at all. Just playing on what i think sounds good!!!
