i tried hammerhead, and it wasnt so bad, but i think i dig the hydrogen software a lil more... its a demo though, what are the restrictions?

No restrictions. It's totally free open-source software. It does only come with a couple of "drumkits" but you can get more here:

okay so is there some trick to installing this (hydrogen) or is my computer really as screwed up as i think it is?
