Well my guitarists and I came across these nifty little lights and decided to order a few. Granted they aren't the best option for their intended purpose of lighting a fretboard, but we thought they would look cool for our low light sets and we liked how they detach as a nifty little utility light for around the stage.
Order placed.
I look em up on their facebook page to show a little support, and the guy running the page who is apparently with the "company" is a total unprofessional douche bag. Almost every post on the website reads like this:
"Checkout the website! Or contact Tim May, he's in the fans list!!!!!!!! GETTHIS **** TODAY PEOPLE! you won't regret it I can promise you all that!"
ZOMG!
My payment was not processed for 2 weeks. Their customer service phone number is a recording. Their only customer service is an email that they never check or respond to. I posted on their facebook page hoping to find some answers as to what was going on with my order, and I got a bitchy response about how they are a 2 man operation and don't have time to run their business... I really think the guy is like 16 years old or something. Then they proceeded to delete my post because it portrayed them in an unfavorable light.
Well, TB, I want to tell everyone not to purchase from these douchebags.
I might care a little too much about this but as a small business owner myself, I could never imagine treating paying customers like that or acting like such a little kid.
