Not sure if this is the right forum but I have a friend trying to round up some players for a project. We're both pretty rooted in the local music scene but need some help finding players. Any advice? Good online tools?

SEEKING MUSICIANS for a New Project
Greetings my friends, upon my departure from the Ragbirds, I will be emarking on a new musical journey. As such, I am searching for a new tribe to travel with. I have already met with an amazing seasoned sax/flute man that has signed on. I am still seeking:
BASS - Jazz/Funk/R&B. Tasteful, but busy bass-work wanted.
DRUMS - Someone with genuine finesse and chops, that can take it from sizzling jazz to straight out rock and funk.
KEYS - Organ, piano (some synth OK too, but going for a more organic sound). Expect to play support, and take solos.
PERCUSSION - Must have experience (more than just drum circles), and gear (more than one drum).
All players must have professional gear, attitude, wheels and a performance allowable schedule, and be willing to take on some of the many responsibilities of promoting a professional band. Singing abilities are more than just a "plus". Desired players should have at least some vocal ability.
The music will run the gambit from folk-rock to funk, from jazz to jam.
The material will be primarily original. Although I have a growing catalog of songs, songwriters and your material are welcome and invited.
