A cover band in the Pasadena, CA area called

Snotty Scotty and the Hankies.

They have been around for 25 years.

Played a dance at my high school when I was a Freshman. That was 1981, and they are still playing.

Always loved that name.

My new band almost went crazy trying to come up with a name, and in the process, we went through about 50 names that were deemed either too silly or just plain vulgar. We'll be posting a list on our site at some point. The best one, by far, was Groverdose. Feel free to steal it!

Screeching Weasle.

My friend laughed a straight five minutes at that name when I told her that I like that band.

There's a funk-rock-metal band here called Superbutt...
Actually they're quite good. Funky and good bass-player, and I have a classmate, who rehearsed in the studio next door to them, so he knows them and they know him

I like "Groverdose", personally. Sounds like a side project for Fred Green.

I'm in a band right now called "Stalin and the Rainbows". *shrug* I'm not a founding memeber, so I can't be blamed!

I'm in a band called "Touchy Uncle Bob". Everyone seems to like that name.

once there was a band here called The Shut The **** Ups, but no censored. Also, there was a band called Christpuncher, but I think that was stolen from a simpsons episode.

and the Butthole Surfers are an awesome band.

Finger 11 used to be the Rainbow Buttmonkeys. My brother has a copy of their demo they were passing out for free outside of a Rob Zombie/Korn show he was attending*.

*His taste in music has come a long way since then. We are proud of him, and what he has had to go through as a Rob Zombie/Korn fan.
