Fying with 2 basses - what's best

Hi,

I'm fortunate enough to come back home with 2 new basses next time I'm in US.

The trip will be made through connecting flights, one short (about 2 hrs in a B737) and then long shot from NY to Madrid.

I'm a bit concerned about how to fly with the 2 basses... will they allow me to carry on a double gig bag ? Better to check maybe both basses ? Is there a double ATA flight case in the market ?

If you have any experience, it'd be great to share...
