I'm not sure if this thread fits in here, but this was my best guess.
So I ordered a cab from their store and they sent me an email tracking the item. It says you have to login to view the status of the order. The problem is that I totally forgot my password so I clicked on the "forgot password" button. After that, they sent me and email to change it. I clicked on their link and it says it doesn't work because after 30 minutes it expires. I clicked on the link 1/2 a minute after they sent it. I believe the problem is that I changed my password sometime ago already, so I can't change it again. I've been trying many passwords but there is no prevail. The order itself is on the waiting list and the GC dudes called the company (GK) when it will ship and they said Dec 8th. So right now, should I just wait until it ships around Dec 8th? I don't want to find out after December 8th that it was canceled or something. And suggestions?
