GC Memorial day sale: Anything good?

Just got back from my local GC empty handed. Yes, some things were on sale, but the used items, which were the ones I expected to see drastically reduced were still hanging with the same everyday prices.

It was hardly worth going to so early, although I did get a T-shirt.

Anyone else have better luck?

No luck here either. Most of the sale stuff wasn't even worth the sale price much the regualr price, IMO.

Crappy selection at mine too. Though I did pick up a 700RB-II for $489.99 talked down from $599.99. Although the clown still has the power cable.

HORRIBLE!! i got strings anad my buddy got a fender rumble 100?? i think for about one hundred or 150 off. all i remember is a bunch of wankers on guitar ruining the experience. that and a bunch of annoying kids beating the crap outta a geddy lee sig. they were pretending they knew how to slap. ahhh. i hate gc.

I picked up a Fender Pro JunJunior on the 15 month no payments plan *LOL*

Was gonna see about picking up a guitar.. but never made into Frisco

San Francisco... It's all too convenient...

The old one was 3 blocks from work.. it was on 11th and mission I worked on 8th and Folsom...

We moved to California and Davis.... GC moves to California and Van Ness... it's only a short cable-car ride away!!

I got the amp earlier this month while they were still doing the 15 month thingy with the GC card... *L* I have 2 amps on my card that I pay off as I feel like it... I got a GK head and 2x10 at the 12 month promotion around christmas!
