Giving music a real chance

Sign in to disble this ad
So I've been trying out some bands I never really liked and decided to give them a fair chance. So far I've tried 2 bands and I'm looking to explore more. Anyone have a recommendation?

The 2 ive given a fair chance is Guns n Roses and i only liked their song welcome to the jungle.

The other is The Used and I think they suck so bad I can't even imagine how they got popular and I can see why all the kids are emo listening to that crap because they are trying to fit in with the emo kids, why i dont know and then when they start listening to that it sucks so bad and they cant bring themselves to leave mainstream so they really do turn emo listening to crap like that.

So, anyone able to recommend a good band?

Well going by the information you've given here, I can gather that you prefer hit songs played by bands that are on every classic rock radio station.

I'd say start there.

There are millions of bands out there. You need to give us something to go on here.

Try something like The Smiths. Great basslines. Or New Order

Lol I've heard every Nirvana song and i love them all. But just give me recommendations about any song or band that you like. I'm open to anything really. Cept emo music.

I've heard much talk about this band "Berliner Philharmoniker", I've heard they really know how to play their instruments.

EDIT: Apparently it's just a cover band...

I must preach the gospel of Death From Above 1979, since we're on a bass website.
