Should be a great show! Jimmy Johnson should be interesting to watch too! I dig some of Allan's stuff, but it seems the more I listen to him, the less I like him, so I try to limit it!
I saw Holdworth last year with Wackerman, Jimmy Haslip on bass, and Alan Pasqua on keys. It was a Tony Williams tribute so they played a bunch of the great old Lifetime songs. Hadn't heard Holdsworth in years but I was impressed all around. Haslip has a wonderful approach (as does Jimmy Johnson)--I'm sure it'll be a great show.
