I don't know if anyone else really cares, but I thought I would share this with the community.
I ordered a rack drawer, and it didn't come with the foam insert. I am apprehensive about packing up all my gear and leaving my pedal rolling around in there without some padding, among other things I plan on keeping in there.
So I sprung for the foam insert and sweet water music was the only place that I immediately found that carried it. I ordered the foam, and placed 2 day shipping for a reasonable price.
Well, no confirmation email, and I didn't think anything of it, plus I was hard at work today.
Well, low and behold I get a call from a strange number, it was Sweet Water Music. He kindly explained that they had overlooked the order and were going to next day it to me, no extra charge.
Not that this is something that they shouldn't have done, but the fact that they are helping me out and going the extra mile to make sure I have the gear I need makes a world of difference, regardless of the value of my order.
Just a praise report, and a pat on the back for them for doing what a lot of companies won't do. Take care of even the little guys.
