What shall I eat to stimulate the creativness within musically's part of the brain?

I have heard that eggs should be good, and daily income of milk.

Please share your experiences and knowledge.
What did Jaco ate for example?

I don't know if its true but I heard that Jaco ate a lot of greasy fried chicken. however I dont think what you eat is really going to have a huge effect on your abilities

I tend to eat brownies or muffins....yea, "this" guys knows what I'm talking about!

Seriously though, go hungry. Or rather, eat a big breakfast and then seperate yourself physically and mentally from food.

I prefer a triple-whammy of chocolate, preferably in cake or brownie form, some kind of triple-sized energy drink such as a 24 oz. rockstar, mainly for the b-complex vitamins, and lots of coffee. Works for me, but it's far from a moderate, healthy, or even intelligent diet
