My dads friend has an SKB harshell bass case for sale at a flea market. It is in pristine condition. It does not even look like it has been used. He wants $50.00 for it. I offered him $20.00 and he turned me down then produced a computer printout from Sam ash that shows a similar case for $119.00.
If you were me would you pay him $50.00 for it or keep your money?

| | | | I bought an SKB freedom recently for £80 new (about $140 - they're a bit more expensive overhere, and the freedoms are a bit more than the regular skb).
It's an awesome case, worth every penny.
for $50 grab it...

The thing has held up great-for hardshell cases, i go to SKB [granted-i also trust Gator]. If you can talk him into less-that's cool, but if you can swing the $50-i'd go for it.
