Im a new bassist that is getting lessons, we were doing instruction book music but my teacher wants to start playing actual songs, because he usually teaches guitar he dosent really know any songs that are good for beginner bass, Any ideas?
"All I wanna do" by sheryl crow was actually the first song i got taught. pretty fun easy bass line. you could also go with " Message in a Bottle" by The Police. Again, fun, easy bass line.
