Got a cool bass strap? Let's see it...

I've seen just about every "show me your __________" thread you can imagine on here, but I haven't seen one showing off how you strap it on. Well, here's mine, so show me yours.

It's made out of an old 4" wide leather strap I got about 30 years ago in college with two cheap cloth straps sewn together to hold the cord/antenna for my wireless glued onto it. Got my wireless unit built into the back.

It's a "tribute to my kids" strap. The green and red ribbons with the pins on it is a tribute to my middle son who's a First Class Boy Scout on his way to Eagle. The multi-colored ribbons on the left is a replica of my oldest son's Tae Kwon Do belt board, he's a 1st degree black belt testing for his second in December. The little pink pin is for my daughter the dancer. The cross contains the words to the Lord's Prayer.

OK, you've seen mine. Let's see yours...

I always take the opportunity to show off my Couch Guitar Straps.

This one is made out of luggage vinyl from the late 60's.

This one is made out of late 70's Mercedes Benz upholstery vinyl.

Nice! Exotic, yet subtle. Very cool. Love the blue violin bass too...

Custom Leather

Hey, I bought this strap in 1982 at Music Unlimited in San Leandro CA shortly after I got my Ric. Has anyone seen anything close to this?

I have a set of original belts from a 67 Chevelle that I'm going to make into a strap one of these days. I don't know how comfortable it will be...

Always wondered about one of those, does it hang your bass in a weird place?

I had just a black leather strap until I found Jaykco.com. They make a lot of goofball looking stuff, but recently they started doing the Ugly of the Month.. doing five or six fugly straps in a limited run of each fabric.

I've got June 2010.

My strap looks reliced due to general wear and taping my wireless to it. The clip on the X2's is so unreliable I dont even use it.

I'd rock one of those. I'll have to find a camera tonight to get a good pic of my chain mail strap

Never seen one in person, but I ran across a strap on the web that looks like it might be similar: http://www.lutehole.com/holeystrap.php
