For those who were monitoring this---> Pretty Sure a TBer Ripped Me Off :-(( thread, I got my bass today. Nash came through! Obviously, it took longer than it should have for me to get and to make things worse, my stupid, local post office had the damn thing since Monday and never notified me.
Anyway, it's here and no need to Nash-Bash anymore.
Thanks,
Fred

But on the other hand I have to say that in my lifetime of 53 years, the post office has never lost anything I've sent or received, ever. Thats a pretty damn good record.

(Not by you Quad) I think a few people from the first thread owe Nash an apology. |

1 - Nash could not ship when he was supposed to because of a lot of stuff going on in his life at once.
2 - He did not contact me for several days to let me know this (I never would had started the other thread if he had just contacted me). Minor ding for Nash here...
3 - Pack N Ship sat on it for DAYS (didn't ship it) and never told anybody.
4 - Nash did not get me the receipt for a while. This was further delayed due to his fax lines at work being faulty and then when he emailed it to me, a spam filter on one of my email accounts not allowing it
5 - Fricken US Postal apparently never even attempted to deliver it to my house or notify me. It looks like it sat at my local post office for several days. To make matters worse, their online tracking BLOWS and this item would not come up in their system even though the numbers were validated as being correct. USPS is a loser! I would even steer my worst enemy away from them!
So as you can see, it was not all Nash's fault (though even he admitted to some of the issues). It was just a mess from start to finish. Good news is it's here and arrived un-damaged.
Oh I forgot to mention that Pack N Post's packing job was sub-par. They had a very thin and undersized box (just barely big enough for the bass which did not have a HSC). They put one thin layer of bubble wrap on it and did not even bubble wrap the bottom of the bass (where it gets dropped on when in transit) and the had some foam peanuts in the box, but not enough to fill it. D+ packing job at best. Again, the bass survived and plays well, so good news there, but steer clear of Pack N Ships high prices, poor packing and poor service in general (sitting on it for days on end)...

No one better say anything bad about the Post Office, you know how they like to go Postal.
Ok, I need some training in the area of being PC. To the Postal Workers in Wake Forest, please do not lose my mail. |

Also, I wasn't one who was bashing Nash in that thread, but FWIW, I apologize for being involved in that thread. |

You showed class in not outing him when you could have. He showed class as well by stepping into the other thread (outing himself) and admitting he was responsible. I say you are stand up guys and both should be viewed as such.
BTW, when do we get pics? |

I know him by name (first and last) and he is great. I'm more than willing to bet that somebody at the loca station never got it to my postal carrier and it just sat there. I know for a fact that Darryl (my postal carrier) would have given me a notice each and every day like he has in the past when he's had a package for me.
