It was great! Officer was making his rounds and low and behold could hear me from his car a good 800 or so feet away at the end of my street playing Crowbar's "Planets Collide" (actually doesn't sound too far off).

Looks like the Agro is here to stay. LOL

Nice!

If I ever get a noise complaint it'll be a miracle as my nearest neighbor is about 2 acres away and cops rarely come out here.

I remember my first (and only so far) noise complaint (actually wasn't too long ago) - I was just jamming with some friends one day so my friend (the Drummer) says "lets take it all outside" or something similar to that, so that led to us taking all the gear outside and just jamming to a song for a little bit when we hear the police coming, so me and my guitard friend just go "oh S***!" and run into the house while my friend (the drummer again, it was at his house) talks to the police officer. And me and the guitard are just watching him talk to him and then after they leave we asked my friend what was going on. So he says that the Officer was actually a really cool guy and just said "Go ahead and keep playing it was probably just some a**h*** neighbor complaining" LMAO! great story, so then when I go to school on Monday some of my other friends ask "What did you do over the weekend?" and I say "nothing much really, just had a run in with the law on Saturday"

I lived in an apartment once, and my downstairs neighbor complained.

So I took the SWR 1x15 and 4x10 I used to have, laid them on the floor speaker down, and cranked the 800RB I had hooked up at the time. Next time I answered the door, I gave her the finger, and threw a beer bottle at her.

Yup...suburban Cincinnati, playing alone. No band or nothing. I'm proud of that one.

No noise complaints at my apartment because I try to be courteous, but have had the cops called on bands I've been in at various practices and parties throughout the years. Had them come twice during recent recording sessions at my frontman's condo, and neither time was when I was playing, which strikes me as odd because my levels had to've been the loudest and most penetrating of the band. Perhaps they just liked my playing more.

I had originally made a long post explaining the whole situation, but after thinking about it, decided I really don't need to explain anything to you, because you apparently just are jumping to conclusions, and trying to bait me into an argument.

Suffice to say, you have no idea of the circumstances, and you really don't have either the information you need, or the position, to pass a judgement based on my one sentence. Boy, would you make a horrible juror, people like you are the reason that sometimes a trial by jury is a joke. You jumped immediately to a conclusion, without any information. Very nice.

All I will say is: She had it coming.

Your original post showed you to be such a logical and level-headed guy, so there's no need to explain further. I'm sure she "had it coming."

I'd love to hear the whole story, but I'm guessing you deleted it for a reason.

I see in many of your posts you like being on the negative end of spectrum. Just an observation, but in most circles I call it grey area trolling and instigating. You have done it to my threads as well.

Also making a back handed remark about another posters character without even knowing him.

Proceed gentlemen.

Well, when it comes to flinging beer bottles at a woman, with the excuse that "she had it coming", I tend to go the the negative end of the spectrum. Go figure.

I don't remember having any discussions with you.....

Yes, the reason being I do not think I need to defend my character to a faceless intenet username. I am sure you have plenty of things that would give others an excuse to judge your character as well.

We all give others reasons to judge us, but not all of us choose cast judgement. Apparently it works for you, so, keep on keeping on.

Boy, this thread sure turned sour fast.

How about some more congratulations for NKUSigEp?!?!? The boy deserves it! (I'm terribly jealous. It'll never happen to me.)
