Got my new bass for CHEAP!!

I went walk around the music store to buy my wife's last gift. I played a few bass guitars, and hung them back on the wrack. I walked around the store for a few and checked out. As I was walking out the store, the very bass I played fell off the rack! I ended up paying 230.00 for a 499.00 bass. It had a ding in it the size of a dime on the ass of the bass.

The cool thing is that I have been having my eye on a cheaper bass for a while now. I played the cheaper one then played the one that fell. I like the one that feel the most. I didnt want to spend that much money on anything, but I end up with a new nicer bass than I wanted. I got a Schecter Stilleto Deluxe 4 Diamond Series. I know to some of you more experienced bassist, that is not a big deal, but I have been playing on an EL CHEAPO Epiphone P style bass. I feel l went from driving the escort to a cadillac!

Thought this was just a pretty cool experience.

wait, was it your fault that it fell, or it just randomly took a plunge?

This reminds me of that movie big daddy where adam sandler is throwing cans at the ground and denting them so he can get them cheaper.
