We hear the bad news stories about terrible experiences at stores but I thought I would pass on my very positive interactions with Gelb Music (San Francisco Bay Area).
Ed (one of the guys there) has been super pleasant to deal with, has given me a real good deal and has gone the extra yard in getting me what I want.
All good and I strongly recommend.
