The Lennon Sisters were great. And the Bee Gees!

Oh, and the Traveling Wilburys!

You might consider Queen and also Jellyfish who were sort of between Queen and the Beach Boys.

Also Earth Wind and Fire, Take Six, and countless country bands.

I look at this as two different types of groups. Those that play instruments and sing and those that are vocalists who don't play. Either way, here are some more good ones.

The Doobie Brothers
Styx
Kansas
Journey
Boston
REO Speedwagon
Foreigner
The Four Tops
The Vogues
Smokey Robinson & The Miracles
Little Anthony & The Imperials
The Impressions
The Drifters
The Supremes
Martha & The Vandellas

You beat me by 2 minutes!!!

There really is nothing left to be said, The Manhattan Transfer hit harmonies that any of the aforementioned bands, as good as they are, would have trouble imagining, much less executing.

I vote for the Beach Boys. Of course, if we had to judge every vocal band by their single best song, Queen wins hands-down.

My favorite vocal band of the last decade is Jump Little Children.

Jump Little Children - Pigeon - YouTube has some of the most beautiful harmonies I've ever heard. Absolutely haunting.

Big +1.

I'm shocked no one mentioned The Band before me. Danko, Manuel and Helm, what a trio of voices!
