Guitar amp opinions

Hey guys,

I'm going to downgrade my guitar amp setup, well, the 412 is already gone, sooo...

I used to have a Peavey Classic 30, great little amp, looking for something similar. I'm tempted to get another one, but thought I'd see if anyone could recommend anything else out there in the similar price and power range. Something that maybe has a bit more drive could be useful, tho it was certainly not limiting with the Classic 30.

The Peavey Classic series put out some great amps. I was also usually impressed by the Crate Vintage Club series, which would probably run you around the same. Don't know about availability in Scotland, but I'd think those are probably pretty similar. A used Fender Deluxe shouldn't run too much and will always be listed among my favorite guitar amps.

Less power, a bit more sparkle in the reverb, and a more natural overdrive in the Fender Blues Jr. I've got a Blues Jr. and a Peavey Delta Blues 210 (40 watts, two 10" speakers, tremelo, otherwise the same or similar pre-amp). The BJ has become the amp I prefer unless I'm playing without PA.
