| Guitar Amps: Vox AC4TV or Fender Super Champ XD?

Yeah yeah. "guitard" content. Hur hur. Anyway, I recently got myself a G&L SC-2, and I don't really have an amp to run it through. I was thinking of getting either the Vox AC4TV or the Fender Super Champ XD. Have any of you had any experience with the two amps? I've read a lot on both, but I wanted to hear suggestions from fellow bass players before I go try them out at the local stores.
I want to eventually use the amp for some amateur home recording: making my own demos, putting down song ideas, making beats for friends, etc. But at the same time if I ever want to jam out with friends or play small gigs either would work. |
