Guitar/bass cases

Sign in to disble this ad
Ive been wanting to get a hard case for my Jazz,
I was wondering would it be a good idea to use a bass sized case for guitar as well? because i have an Ibanez guitar and i really cant be bothered to buy 2 cases seeing as they are never going to go to the same place.

would the guitar slide around inside the case or something?

You could, if you wanted to.

Just my opinion but the best case you could buy would be an Incase Slimbag.

Perfect blend between hard/soft cases.

I wouldn't personally. Get one case for each, or a gig bag for each or a bass case and a guitar gig bag. They will never be going the same place, but cases are tools, tools have a use. Use a tool properly and it'll last forever. Use it wrong and it ruins 'em.

I have a lot of instruments, they are stored in their own cases- except for a few that are rotated out on a rack.

Have you decided yet?

I have separate cases for everything having replaced all my hardcases with Incase cases and I'm planning on getting more.

I think you'll be best off getting separate cases, but in the end, your choice.
