Guitar forum as good as Talkbass?

I have a guitarist friend who is looking for a forum like Talkbass, but for guitards.

Is there one?

No, there isn't... and the longer there isn't one, the more I am tempted to start one someday.

i don't know of anything as good as talkbass. the two that i know of are the harmony-central.com forums, and thegearpage.net.

The main problem is that too many guitar players are...well...guitarded. Becuase of this fact alone, there will never be a guitard forum as good as TB.

The closest I've seen is the FDP (Fender Discussion Pages), but, as expected, it's pretty Fender-centric which doesn't work for everyone. The Gear Page isn't terrible, either.
