Guitar killswitch problem

Hello everyone,

I just installed a killswitch on my guitar a few days ago, and I've been playing around with it. Only one problem though, whenever I press the button (when the hot and the ground touches), it makes a really loud clicking noise... anyone know what might be wrong? Maybe I have a bad switch?
