Does anyone have experience dealing with these guys?

I ordered an EMG preamp and some pots and knobs on 2-18 and saw an email confirmation of the order, then nothing. No shipping notice, nothing. I called yesterday and talked to Al, Allan or something like that. He seems nice enough but talked kinda crazy, like, 'these suppliers (EMG) never send us our stuff, we will have them ship direct, no we will ship, we got 200000 parts around here, we have it, we don't have it).
He was going to check further and call back, which he did about 9PM last night. Didn't have the parts, didn't know when or IF he would have the parts...would I like a refund, went into a long diatribe about how banks didn't actually pay when the said, they held the money, blah blah blah....OH you paid buy PAYPAL? I'll get you a refund in the morning.
So of course, no refund showing in Paypal.
