I have been looking for a new bass amp for a while but it seems like every shop in san diego has the worst selection of bass amps. Im really looking for a new Tube or hybrid amp. Are there any good shops that i just dont know about??

I've played lots of carvin amps, not impressed by anything other than the sheer volume they can produce

I assume you've checked out Bass Alone on Voltaire down in O.B. They carry Aguilar, Bergantino, EA, Epifani, Ashdown, and even Sadowsky. Right now, they've got a used Glockenklang Take Five cab, too.

Bass Alone

Hope your credit card has a high limit.

If you have a good idea of what you want, you can always make the drive up to L.A.

You might want to hit the Many Pawn Shops in San Diego/National City/Chula Vista. Also, Oceanside has a few good ones. Marines get short on Ca$h too ...
